Short version: this site is static, it has no database and no login. The interesting data lives with the checkout partner, not with us.

What this website collects

The pages you are reading do not run analytics profiles, advertising pixels, session recording or fingerprinting scripts. There is no account system and no cookie banner because there are no tracking cookies to consent to. Standard server logs record IP address, timestamp, requested page and browser string, which we use to spot abuse and to keep the site up.

What the checkout partner collects

When you click through to order, payment is handled by the authorized checkout partner on its own domain under its own privacy policy. It collects your name, delivery address, email and payment details, and it shares with us only what is needed to pack, ship and support your order. We never receive full card numbers and we never store them.

Email you send us

If you email the support desk, we keep the thread so the next person who picks it up can see the history. Support threads are retained for two years and then deleted. We do not add support emails to a marketing list, and we do not sell, rent or trade any address.

Order records

We hold order numbers, delivery addresses, lot codes shipped and refund outcomes for seven years, which is the retention we need for tax and product traceability. If a bottle from a given lot is ever questioned, that record is what lets us answer.

Cookies

One item of browser storage is used: a session flag that remembers you dismissed the offer bar at the bottom of the screen. It clears when you close the tab, it holds no identifier, and blocking it changes nothing except that the bar reappears.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about your order, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion where we are not required to keep the record. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days. For payment data, the checkout partner handles the same requests directly, and we will tell you where to send them.

Children

This portal is not aimed at anyone under 18 and the product is not intended for them. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes
