By using slimbounds.com or placing an order through it you accept the terms below. They are written to be read, not to be survived.

1. Who you are dealing with

Riverbluff Direct, LLC, registered in Iowa, Iowa Secretary of State business number 748214L, at 315 Main Street, Suite 410, Dubuque, IA 52001. This portal is the authorized US distribution channel for SlimBound for the 2026 production cycle. We are the distributor, not the formulator.

2. Health information on this site

Everything published here is informational. It is not medical advice, it does not replace your clinician, and it is not a diagnosis. Statements about the product have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Speak to a doctor or pharmacist before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or taking prescription medication.

3. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged once, with no subscription and no automatic rebill. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already placed. If a price is displayed in obvious error we will contact you and cancel the order with a full refund rather than quietly charge the higher amount.

4. Availability

Stock is finite and lots are released one at a time. If an order cannot be filled we refund it in full rather than substituting a different product or a different lot without telling you.

5. Refunds

The 60-day money back terms are set out on the refund policy page and form part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, mirror, resell or republish this site's content, and do not use our brand names, lot codes or certificate references to present other goods as ours. Automated collection that degrades the service for other visitors will be blocked.

7. Intellectual property

Text, layout, imagery and code on this domain belong to Riverbluff Direct, LLC or are used with permission. The SlimBound name and mark belong to the formulator and are used here under distribution agreement.

8. Third-party links

We link to public health sources and to the manufacturer's own information site. Those pages are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content, though we do check that the ones we cite resolve.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We do not exclude liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, and the courts of Dubuque County have jurisdiction, without affecting rights you hold under the consumer law of your own state.
