slimbounds.com is the authorized US distribution portal for SlimBound for the 2026 production cycle, and the reference point buyers use for bottle verification, lot documentation and order fulfillment.
What we are
Riverbluff Direct, LLC is a distribution company registered in Iowa, Iowa Secretary of State business number 748214L, operating from 315 Main Street, Suite 410 in Dubuque, IA 52001. We hold the US inventory for SlimBound, check every inbound lot, ship orders, answer the phone and handle refunds. That is the whole job description.
What we are not is the formulator. We did not design the capsule and we do not hold the formula sheet, which is exactly why this site says "no milligram amounts published" instead of quoting numbers. A distributor who invents doses is a distributor you should not trust with anything else either.
Why a portal instead of a shelf
The company was founded in 2023 around a boring observation: the moment a supplement is sold through five channels, nobody can answer a lot question. We took the opposite bet. One authorized US channel, one inventory, one lot record published where buyers can read it, and a refund desk that does not hide behind a form.
It costs us volume. Marketplace listings would sell more bottles this quarter. It also means that when someone emails us a photo of a bottle base, we can say with certainty whether we shipped it.
How we decide what to publish
Three rules. First, if the formulator did not publish a figure, we do not print one. Second, if a credible public health source contradicts a marketing claim about an ingredient, the source wins and the claim comes off the page, which is why our own homepage tells you cinnamon has not been shown to help with weight loss. Third, numbers that make us look worse, like the 8% refund rate, get published alongside the ones that make us look good.
